Dear Algarve Holidaymaker,

We offer our guests rest and relaxation on one of Europe’s most beautiful coastlines, the ALGARVE, at reasonable prices. Quality and service are our main concern, and they speak for themselves.

Our guests can expect villas and apartments in tranquil surroundings not for from the coast. All rental properties are personally chosen by us, hand-picked, so to speak. They are comfortable and individually furnished by their owners and guarantee a pleasant ambience. A garage or parking space is part of each property. Because many of the properties are situated in quiet areas slightly off the beaten track, (yet close to the nearest town or village) we recommend a hire-car that we can arrange for you on advantageous terms. All properties are no more than 10 minutes away from the picturesque coast. Top quality sea-water is guaranteed.

Despite their peaceful location, all properties are no more than 3km away from towns and resorts such as Armação de Pera, Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Lagos, Sagres, Loulé and Almancil, and the colourful markets, plentiful fish, meat, fruit and vegetables that they offer. Some of the most beautiful beaches the Algarve has to offer are only 5 to 10 minutes away from your villa, as are golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables and fitness studios.

As not all properties are listed, please let us know exactly what you are looking for.


To be able to hand over a perfect object to our customers, the object has to be left on the leaving day by 10:00, and can again be occupied starting from 16:00

With all properties except hotels, there is a fee to facilitate cleaning at the end of your stay.

During the months of November, December, January, February and March, electricity and/or gas are charged separately.

For each object must be given a deposite, which on the last holiday day will be returned.

Where is the best weather to be found?
The most hours of sunshine are enjoyed in Cyprus, Gran Canaria has the least rain. In mainland Europe the Algarve and the Costa do Sol offer the best weather.
