GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS / BOOKING PROCEDURE The content of the Algarve Holidaycenter constitutes only recommendations that may be followed at your own responsibility. The Algarve Holidaycenter does not accept legal accountability for the information provided, neither for its accuracy, quality or up to date content. The conditions to which your holiday is booked vary exclusively according to the business terms of the individual providers of accommodation concerned (owners, hotels, holiday complexes etc.) On receipt of your completed information / booking form we will confirm your request with the overall cost of the request, or offer alternatives. Only when your final booking is received, will we action the final reservation on your behalf. All offered properties have individual owners who are also responsible for the proper upkeep of the properties. CANCELLATIONS Up to five weeks before commencing your holiday   20 % Up to four weeks before commencing your holiday   40 % Up to two weeks before commencing your holiday  50 % Up to one week before commencing your holiday      70 % After this time a refund is unfortunately not possible. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you take out an insurance policy to guard against having to cancel your holiday – you can do this on our page.
